"Okay, so I really don't enjoy taking to any type of agent, especially on the phone. I actually was lucky enough to get Diana on my phone call. I told her that she would never ne able to find me cheap insurance especially thru state farm and let me tell you. She really made me eat my words. She got me a savings of over $150 per month. Now everyone's case is different but if she could do it for me with my record she definitely can take care of you."

"When I started with this place Jacqueline was amazing! Then I had credit card fraud and never got notified from this location that my card had declined. My insurance got cancelled and I had to deal with TERREAUX! This guy is horrible and I can’t believe he is a manager. From the very beginning he was rude and not understanding. Now, I’ve spoke to DIANA!! DIANA IS AMAZING AND SHE DID THE COMPANY RIGHT! She saved it from losing a customer and she was extremely understanding! "I’ve had an incredibly frustrating experience with this office over the past year. After my divorce in July of last year, I requested to separate our joint policy. I was incorrectly told this couldn't be done because we still lived at the same address, but I later discovered this information was wrong. In July of this year, after moving, I called multiple times and spoke with Chad, who finally confirmed the policy had been separated. I thought the issue was resolved. However, when I tried to get a quote in November, I discovered my ex-husband’s name was still linked to my policy. I called again, and the representative informed me that a request to remove him wasn’t submitted until November 24, several months after I was assured the issue was handled. When I spoke with the office manager, she claimed everything was fine and threatened to remove a multi-line discount I didn’t even know I had. Instead of resolving the issue, she tried to use the discount as leverage. To make matters worse, my current agent confirmed that my ex’s name was still linked to my policy, directly contradicting the manager's claim. This entire ordeal has been a waste of time and caused significant frustration. The misleading information, lack of accountability, and unprofessional behavior I’ve experienced are inexcusable. I strongly advise not to come this office for insurance services."

"I have been calling this office for almost 2 hours on a Monday, since 3pm and I am unable to get an agent on the phone. It’s 4:30 pm now and the office is closed. I was promised a call back and didn’t receive one. The only person I got on the phone was an extremely ignorant and wouldn’t answer a simple question directly as to weather or not she was an actual agent who could make changes to my account. It’s unbelievable that an office would be unavailable at 4:30pm on a Monday."
