"I have been calling this office for almost 2 hours on a Monday, since 3pm and I am unable to get an agent on the phone. It’s 4:30 pm now and the office is closed. I was promised a call back and didn’t receive one. The only person I got on the phone was an extremely ignorant and wouldn’t answer a simple question directly as to weather or not she was an actual agent who could make changes to my account. It’s unbelievable that an office would be unavailable at 4:30pm on a Monday."

"Had them for over 10 years. Kept increasing my rates each month substantially with no tickets or accidents. Told then I was going to have to change. No response at all. Still receiving bills months later and they fail to respond to calls."

"Terreaux Williams is a "good neighbor" because he is here. I own a Kia. She was stolen, found, repaired and now she is home and safe. Though the entire episode, Terreaux and State Farm kept me from panic attacks, overspending on a rental, and going a little nuts by calming me with updates. Because of Human greed on Tik-tok I'm not the only person dealing with this issue, and I am so thankful that I have Terreaux and State Farm as "Good Neighbors"!!
